ABOUT CYRUS CLARK

Founded by Cyrus Clark in 1925 when he returned from military service in WWI. For the next 75 years, three generations of the Clark family ran this textile company. from their office on 5th Avenue in Manhattan. The company employed a diversity of artists to create a wide range of conversational textiles for the aspirational mid-century home. They helped to popularize a durable coated fabric called chintz with the slogan “C is for Chintz by Cyrus Clark, for Charm in every room.”

ABOUT MEGAFLORA

Megaflora’s source artwork was drafted and painted by prolific American artist textile John Jacoby, who was known to hide butterflies in his designs. Megaflora gives a feeling of new discovery with each glance.
