Paris l’après-midi
Dominique Chevalier, the founder of Paris l’après-midi, is a well-known figure in the world of Parisian interior design.
Born into a family of textile industrialists in Lille-Roubaix-Tourcoing, she trained at the Beaux-Arts in Paris, a city where her creative desire began to express itself. After a long immersion in the world of contemporary art, she founded a first company for the distribution of high-end interior design products (IDO Diffusion).
Then, inspired by the colors and Parisian atmospheres, she created this company dedicated to the edition of elegant and luxurious textiles, including a collection of exceptional fabrics hand-spun on a wheel and woven on traditional hand-operated machines in different fibers: cashmere, yak, silk, wool and cotton.
